Sunday Morning Worship Service with Holy Communion

At this worship service we remember Jesus’ command to love one another and the events of the Last Supper. This service includes Holy Communion and the stripping of the altar.

We will hold a Tenebrae (meaning “darkness” or “shadows”) service at 7PM.  Through readings from the Psalms, we recall the sorrow felt by Jesus’ followers at his betrayal, trial, and crucifixion. The service concludes in darkness and silence, symbolizing our Lord’s burial.

The Sanctuary will be open from 5:30-6:30PM for quiet self reflection, prayer,  and meditation.  There will be no formal worship service this evening.
